Oil Baron Dream Home Raffle Rules 2010

1. Ticket sales will begin in early October.
2. No tickets will be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
3. Sellers will advise purchasers not to write the names of anyone under the age of 18 on a ticket due to the requirement of the Public Trustees Act.
4. Directors of the Northern Alberta Athletic Association are not eligible to participate in the winnings of the raffle on The Oil Baron Dream Home Raffle 2010.
5. Raffle Chairman and immediate family are not eligible to participate in the winnings of the raffle on The Oil Baron Dream Home Raffle 2010.
6. No draw date extension will be applied for if ticket sales pass 20,000 tickets by January 1, 2010.
7. Early Bird Draw and Cash for Christmas winning ticket numbers will be returned to draw barrel after each draw date.
8. Prizes in the Main Draw ( January 30 2010) will be awarded in order of ticket number ( e.g. House Prize 1st Ticket drawn, 2nd Prize - 2nd Ticket drawn, 3rd Prize - 3rd Ticket drawn etc. ) 
9. Tickets in Main Draw will not be returned to draw barrel after each draw.
10. All prizes, Early Bird, Cash for Christmas and 1st  – 100th will be accepted as awarded. No cash value.
11. If a winner is not located after one year from date of draw the prize(s) will be liquidated and moneys received will be donated to the NAAA for use by approved method with AGLC approval.
12. After purchase, no tickets will be accepted for refunds.
13. All draws will take place at Thickwood Heights Community Center at 110 Eymundson Road in Fort McMurray, AB.
14. All draws will take place in front of a large group of people and will be video taped. All procedures set by AGLC will be adhered to. Entire draw process will be taped for future reference. 
15. The draw dates will be as follows:
    

    Cutoff for Early Bird Draw	November 10, 2009
    Early Bird Draw on	November 20, 2009
    Cut off for CASH for CHRISTMAS	December 14, 2009
    Draw for CASH for CHRISTMAS	December 19, 2009
    Cutoff for Main Draw	January 25, 2010
    Draw for GRAND PRIZE	January 30, 2010

    
    
16. Draw times will be coordinated with arena manager for times during a public function. (Hockey game, concert etc.) Actual viewing of the draw will be accessible to anyone without cost.
17. Grand Prize Home will be transferred to winner as soon as possible after draw is made and winner is notified. Transfer of property can take 4 – 6 weeks.
18. In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the licensee will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub. The licensee or AGLC is not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between different individuals.
19. Any costs associated with the pickup or delivery of prizes is the responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be distributed from the suppliers in Fort McMurray.
20. No new home warranty included in home prize.
21. All prize values include GST and values are as of the purchase date not date of the raffle.
22. Only 2500 3 for $250 packs available & 15,500 single tickets available. Total ticket sales are 23,000.
